Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your course purchase while maintaining fairness for our instructors and administrators. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Full
payment for enrollment in a Program is required at the time of registration
unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing by StratAxis Solutions. For
Programs with a trial period, such trial access will be provided only after
full payment. If the trial period does not meet your satisfaction, and you
request a refund during the trial period, StratAxis Solutions, at its sole
discretion and in accordance with the applicable refund policy, may issue a
refund of the Program Fees paid, less any applicable charges. No refunds shall
be granted once the trial period has concluded, regardless of the
circumstances.

1.      Payment Method and Security

To
effectuate payment for Programs or any services or products offered by
StratAxis Solutions via the Platform, you must possess internet access and a
valid Payment Method as indicated at sign-up. StratAxis Solutions utilizes
third-party payment processors for transactions and does not store credit card
information. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to comply with
their terms and conditions. StratAxis Solutions is not responsible for any data
stored by third-party processors, nor liable for any losses incurred as a
result. You are responsible for all fees related to payments made through the
Platform.

2.      Cancellation and Non-Payment

Failure to
remit payment may result in the suspension or termination of access to the
Program. Transactions may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates
based on the payment method and location. StratAxis Solutions does not support
all payment methods, currencies, or locations. Taxes applicable to transactions
will be calculated based on the billing information provided at registration or
purchase.

3.      Cancellation and Refunds

You may
cancel your enrollment at any time. Specific refund terms apply as outlined in
the Program’s refund policy. Free trials, if available, are not combinable with
other offers, and eligibility for free trials may be restricted based on prior
subscriptions or specific user information.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer
refunds under the following conditions:

Course
Cancellation: If a course is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

Course
Withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw from a course, you may be eligible for a
refund based on the conditions outlined below.

Technical
Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the
course content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be
eligible for a refund.

Within 7
Days: If you request a refund within 7 days of the course start date or your
purchase date (whichever is later), you are eligible for a full refund.

After 7
Days: No refunds will be granted after 7 days from the course start date or
purchase date.

Process

To request
a refund, follow these steps:

Submit a
Request: Contact our support team at contact@wealthwit.in with the subject line
"Refund Request". Include your name, course title, purchase date, and
the reason for your request.

Review: Our
team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may ask
for additional information to process your request.

Approval:
If your request is approved, we will process your refund through the original
payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in
your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds
will not be issued in the following cases:

Course
Completion: If you have completed the course and accessed a significant portion
of the content.

Downloaded
Materials: If you have downloaded course materials.

No Show: If
you do not start the course and fail to request a refund within the 7-day
window.

Discounted
or Promotional Courses: Courses purchased at a discounted rate or during a
promotional period are not eligible for refunds.

Special
Cases

In
exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen
circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a
case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
