Introduction
This document lays out the terms and conditions that apply to the access and use of the Wealthwit platform through the website “www.WealthWit.in” (herein after referred to as “Website”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our learning management system (LMS) and the courses provided therein. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website.
This is a
legal and binding agreement between you, the user (referred to as “user” or
“you”) of the Programs, as defined below, and StratAxis Solution (referred to
as “we”, “us” or “StratAxis Solution”) stating the terms that govern your use
of the Platform, as defined below. The website www.WealthWit.in ( referred to
as the “Platform”) and the information, services, and other materials contained
therein are provided and operated by StratAxis Solution. StratAxis Solution
offers curated and specially designed online workshops, industry-relevant
certification programs, and consulting services (“Programs”).
Each
Program may have a separate set of terms dealing with refunds, deferrals,
payments, etc. governing such Programs, and our corporate clients may have
executed separate written agreements with us, which, in the event of a
conflict, will supersede these Terms to the extent of the conflicting
provisions.
These Terms
shall apply to StratAxis Solution hosted website, mobile apps, WhatsApp groups,
Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone
communications, and other social media forums hosted by StratAxis Solution,
which shall be deemed to be part of the ‘Platform’ by reference. You
acknowledge that certain parts of the Platform, as mentioned above, are
provided by third-party service providers, and you agree to abide by their
terms and conditions. StratAxis Solution shall not be responsible for any
disruption of services caused by such third-party service providers.
User conduct Policy
Eligibility:
By using our Website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have
reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may
use our Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Account
Registration: To access certain features of our LMS, you may be required to
register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information
during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
and for restricting access to your computer.
Whether you
have enrolled in a Program or are simply browsing the Platform, once you have
accessed the Platform or Programs, you shall be considered a ‘user’ for the
purpose of these Terms. You are responsible for all your activities in
connection with the use of the Platform and Programs. You hereby agree to fully
comply with all applicable local, provincial, state, national, and foreign
laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with such use. You shall not
resort to any unethical practices while using the Platform.
Without
limitation, you will not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or
transmitted, any communication or solicitation or other “phishing”, “pharming”,
or “whaling” message designed or intended to obtain password, account, personal
information, confidential information, or private information from any user of
the Platform or any other third party whatsoever. However, if any such event
does take place, StratAxis Solution shall not be liable for any loss of data or
if the user’s device, computer system, or any other property is compromised in
any manner.
You
acknowledge and agree that StratAxis Solution has the right to report any and
all such suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal or police
authorities without notice to you.
During your use of the Platform and Programs, you will:

Not harass other users, students, attendees, support agents, or visitors;

Not create an atmosphere of disharmony or hostility within groups.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or any
purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to engage in any activity
that could harm the Website or the services provided, including but not limited to:
Hacking or
attempting to breach the security of the Website.
Posting or transmitting any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive,
defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Using the Website to send unsolicited emails or spam.
User Accounts, Registration, and Delivery of Services
In order to participate in most Platform activities and to apply for a Program, you will
need to register for a personal account (“User Account”).
Upon payment of the Program fees – in part or whole, depending on the Program –
StratAxis Solution shall deliver the terms of use of the Program and grant you
access to the Program. The invoice may be provided to you along with the email
confirmation or within two (2) months thereafter. This shall be proof of
delivery against the successful payment of fees.
Owing to certain exceptional circumstances, if StratAxis Solution has granted you access
to a Program pending payment, and StratAxis Solution does not receive payments
within the stipulated time periods, StratAxis Solution may, at its own
discretion, withdraw your access to the Program without giving any prior
notice.
You agree that you will never divulge or share access to your User Account with any third
party for any reason. You also agree that you will create, use, and/or access
only one User Account, and that you will not use any User Account other than
your own.
In setting up your User Account, you may be prompted or required to enter additional
information, including but not limited to your name and email address.
Additional information may be required to confirm your identity. You understand
and agree that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and
complete and that you will maintain and update your information to keep it
accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that if any information
provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve
the right to terminate your use of the Platform and your enrollment in a
Program, to the extent applicable.
In addition to the registration process, as part of your use of the Platform or
participation in the Programs, we may obtain certain information about you and
your performance in the Programs. Some of this information may be Personally
Identifiable Information. We may use, maintain, and store this information to
provide certain services to you now and in the future, and may share such
information with our Educational Partners or third parties in conjunction with
such services or for the purpose of marketing. For example, as further detailed
in our Privacy Policy, we may share certain materials or information about you
with third parties, including your grades/scores in our classes. Irrespective
of the fact if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service,
you still authorize us to give you a call from us or any third party for the
above-mentioned purposes till 365 days of your registration with us.
Access to the WealthWit.in Programs is restricted to attendees or students who have
specifically been granted access by StratAxis Solution.
By registering your User Account, you agree that:

You will not share your login credentials with any third party.

You will provide accurate and complete registration information.

You will update your information to keep it current and accurate.

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your User Account and
access to the Platform and Programs.
Course Enrollment and Access
Course Content: Our courses are designed for educational purposes only. While we
strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the
completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of any content provided.
Enrollment Fees: Some courses may require payment of enrollment fees. All fees are
non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the
pricing of our courses at any time.
Access
Period: Upon successful enrollment, you will have access to the course content
for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access periods may vary
depending on the course.
Certificate
of Completion: Upon successfully completing a course, you may receive a
certificate of completion. The issuance of such certificates is at our sole
discretion and may be subject to specific criteria.
Use of Programs
1. Modifications and Access
StratAxis
Solutions reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any Program,
including live webinars, and to alter any Program schedule, evaluation
criteria, or materials. StratAxis Solutions may limit, suspend, or terminate
your access to the Platform, Programs, or related services at its sole
discretion and without liability. StratAxis Solutions may modify or discontinue
services at any time without notice.
2. Non-Liability for Platform Failures
StratAxis
Solutions shall not be liable for any interruptions or failures of the Platform
due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, war, epidemic, or technical failures.
3. Equipment and Connectivity
You are
solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary equipment,
software, and internet connectivity to access and use the Platform and
Programs, and for all associated costs.
Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All content, materials, and software provided on the Website are the property
of StratAxis Solution or our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to,
text, images, graphics, videos, and course materials.
License: We
grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use
the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not
reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or
perform any of our content without prior written permission from us.
User-Generated Content
Responsibility:
If you submit or post any content on the Website, you agree that you are solely
responsible for such content. You must ensure that your content does not
violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
License to
Use: By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and

employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or
expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way
connected with your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve
the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website
following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the
changes.
Governing Law
Subject to
the Dispute Resolution section above, you agree that any claim or dispute you
may have against must be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in Ahmedabad,
India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located
within Ahmedabad, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or
disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. This paragraph shall
survive termination of this Agreement.
